yoga mats nespresso machine friendly staff

The yoga mats were a nice touch in the Newly Renovated Superior Room. A Nespresso machine was available for use, and it made good coffee. The staff was excellent. Randy and Ricardo were super friendly to me.

Excellent Stay

efficient process glass bottles perfect location

I found the check-in process very efficient because of the virtual key sent a day prior. The hydration stations offered water in glass bottles. This was much appreciated. The location worked perfectly for accessing theaters and Times SQUARE. I walked easily. The team was friendly and helpful.

The noise levels were sometimes HIGH. I could hear conversations from adjacent rooms.

convenient location 24-hour gym complimentary coffee slow elevators dim room poor view

the location was convenient. i could easily walk to many attractions (it was just a short walk to broadway). the gym was open 24 hours, a great feature for any time i wanted to work out. there was also complimentary coffee available in the lobby.

The elevators were quite slow (sometimes i had to wait a while). my room lacked a ceiling light, a bit dim. the window view wasn't great. It looked out onto an adjacent building's installations.
