The yoga mats were a nice touch in the Newly Renovated Superior Room. A Nespresso machine was available for use, and it made good coffee. The staff was excellent. Randy and Ricardo were super friendly to me.

I found the check-in process very efficient because of the virtual key sent a day prior. The hydration stations offered water in glass bottles. This was much appreciated. The location worked perfectly for accessing theaters and Times SQUARE. I walked easily. The team was friendly and helpful.
The noise levels were sometimes HIGH. I could hear conversations from adjacent rooms.

the location was convenient. i could easily walk to many attractions (it was just a short walk to broadway). the gym was open 24 hours, a great feature for any time i wanted to work out. there was also complimentary coffee available in the lobby.
my room lacked a ceiling light, a bit dim. the window view wasn't great. It looked out onto an adjacent building's installations.
